MAIN INSTRUCTOR
The main instructor is Hilde Ulvatne Marthinsen. Hilde has worked as an instructor since 1991, and has helped many dogowners and - handlers with their dogs over several years. Hilde has trained her own dogs in several dogsports like agility, obedience, rallyobedience, retrieverhunting and different fieldsports like tracking and searching.
Hilde has a PhD in biology, and being a reseacher has a great impact on her view of dog traning and methods. Dogtraining shall be fun for both dog and handler, and be systematic and structured at the same time in order to be effective. Thats why it is important that the handler is able to communicate to the dog what we want it to do, and not focus on what we dont want the dog to do.
